The call centre delivers a variety of services for over 1,400 members and support staff, including exceptional customer service levels that utilize the information provided to us by offices and REALTORS®.
What Information do we need? Any changes to office hours or office staff changes, FAX numbers, transfer information, short-term special instructions, group messages and changes for the REALTORS® screen notes for offices every day. This information is vital to assist our operators in directing the caller’s request to the proper person or persons.
The more information we have to direct the caller to — not only REALTORS®, but the administrative staff within your office — the smoother the transaction is with the caller.
Why update? Updating any changes to your account as a REALTOR®, or for any administrative staff or departments, gives us the most current information, allowing our call centre operators to direct the call with complete accuracy.
As we answer office calls, when you are not open or busy, the additional details can assist us in assisting your callers and sending the message to the right person.
