The WinnipegREALTORS® Association has a Business Partner category that is open to financial institutions, lawyers, land developers, builders and mortgage brokers and other such businesses as approved by the Board of Directors.

If you belong to one of these professions and belong to a recognized professional body that governs the ethics and standards of business practices of your profession, you can belong to WinnipegREALTORS® Association as a Business Partner.

As a Business Partner of the WinnipegREALTORS® Association , you’ll have access to:

• Advertise your services through the Winnipeg Real Estate News
• The opportunity to participate in WinnipegREALTORS® functions and activities Mingle with WinnipegREALTORS® at the curling bonspiel, golf tournaments, educational seminars, Awards Banquet and the annual Holiday Dinner/Dance.
• Receive our monthly newsletter, the Realtor, and our weekly Bulletin and keep informed on what’s going on in the industry.
• Be listed as a Business Partner in WinnipegREALTORS® Roster and receive a copy of the Roster, whenever same is published.

The Fine Print

Business Partners will not hold membership in the WinnipegREALTORS® Association, and as such, will not be entitled to hold office or to vote or attend business meetings, will not receive any MLS® services or services provided by the Canadian or Manitoba Real Estate Associations and will not be permitted to identify status as a Business Partner except when dealing with members of the WinnipegREALTORS® Association.
